Tuğçe Bilgin Sak graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Uludağ University and successfully completed her master’s degree in Management and Organisation.
After gaining experience across various areas of human resources in sectors including education, healthcare, and automotive, she currently serves as Human Resources Executive at Metsims. In this role, she takes an active part in key areas such as organisational development, talent management, and performance evaluation.
